At the Willie Nelson Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as a classic country melody. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
